Equipment Inspection and Damage

All equipment will be tested and checked prior to pick-up to ensure functionality and will be tested and checked upon return to ensure they remain in proper working condition. If Silo Events determines that damage was caused by negligence or improper use, the costs will be charged to the renter.

Identification and Payment

The individual responsible for the rental equipment must present a valid government-issued photo ID showing that they are 18 years of age or older.

Usage Warnings

Do NOT fully discharge the batteries. Li-Po batteries become damaged if the voltage drops too low. If you notice the gun cycling slowly, recharge it before further use.

Liability

Silo Events will not be liable for any damages, personal harm, accidents, or similar occurrences due to negligence or misuse of rental equipment. This includes, but is not limited to, improper usage of rental equipment, ignoring the warnings outlined above, handling of the rental equipment by anyone other than the individual responsible for the rental, and handling of the rental equipment by a minor.

Assumption of Liability

By picking up the rental equipment, the renter assumes all liability and agrees to discharge any and all responsibility that Silo Events may have. Exceptions may only be made if the rental equipment is found to be defective through no fault of the renter.

By renting equipment from Silo Events, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
